ALaLa International Festival Development Lab 2026: Open Talk was a public event organized as part of the festival’s long-term development program. Bringing together festival directors, artists, producers, cultural practitioners, and audiences, the event created a platform for sharing ideas on festival-making, intercultural collaboration, and the future of contemporary performing arts in Chiang Mai.
